We actually asked for a refund on these the first time that they were on.  Pretty sugar-waxy and awful.  But, just today grocery shopping, saw them in the store, on sale for $5.99 per box.  That would be only $17.97 for the selection offered on QVC.  Shop around, the song always said.

We actually live close to an outlet and get really good deals.  I do try to stay away but my DH has a very strong sweet tooth.

I thought these chocolates were quite good and am enjoying them.  These boxes are typically about $9. at my grocery store.  I like sugary candy; why would it be otherwise?  It certainly is a cut above any other candy I ever got from any shopping channel...and I've tried them all.

@tampalady.  When I'm in Southern Colorado, I make a beeline for Montrose where there's a RS outlet with the factory.  I'm like a kid in a candy shop.   It's a supermarket size building with huge tables loaded high with every kind of candy you can imagine.

My favorite RS. candy is the dark chocolate Roman nougat. When you go to the RS. Website you can design your own assortment. At the holidays I got a whole box of my favorite. The prices are reasonable.

Ksvhins624..know what you mean.   This store also is large, you can buy Christmas, Easter, Valentine, etc.   They also have Ice Cream, which is to die for.   This store is near the Villages in Fl.  plenty of retirees doing their thing.

@comedy clubber  in my area I watch especially the drug store ads starting with Thanksgiving , Christmas ,  Valentines , & Mother's Day for BOGO sales on these . Sometimes there is even a coupon in newspaper for  a few $s off also. Usually 1/2 price that way. I like to have some on hands for last minute Christmas gifts. They are always appreciated. Of course I give myself the gift also.Smiley Happy

I have learned to purchase from stores in areas where merchandise such as this is sold a lot though as I purchased some this year (copper box) that had had a long life on the shelf .
