So, I've been keeping hard boiled eggs in the refrigerator since I started my diet - I could have one for breakfast, or slice one into a salad....

I put a bunch into a pot, and can't believe I totally forgot all about them. {#emotions_dlg.scared} When I went into the kitchen for something else, I saw the water had boiled down to about a half inch, so the eggs where cooking for somewhere between a half hour and an hour. (Thank goodness the water didn't boil out - the eggs would probably have exploded.)

Do you think they're edible?
