Re: Ritz Fudge Covered Cracker

@SoCal Bred,

I just came from the supermarket and these are sooo good, thanks for posting because I would not have gone down the cookie aisle because we have enough.

Re: Ritz Fudge Covered Cracker

How I LOVE ritz crackers!!! a friend of mine--her mom actually--would make ritz crackers with peanutbutter sandwiched  in between and then coat them in chocolate---OMGosh!!!!!!!! Makes me squeal just thinking about them. This was back many years ago. Not sure she stuffed the crackers herself or bought them already with the p-nut butter but man, were they amazing!!! She dipped them in milk and white choc----big, happy, sigh!!!Woman LOL

I add mint flavoring to the chocolate around the holidays and they make for a great treat.

@JINX,  that is basically the recipe for copycat Mint Girlscout Cookies.  It is surprising how much they are like the GS cookies in both taste and texture.  Well, at least what the cookies were like last time I purchased any.

The Ritz "cookies" are too easy, relatively inexpensive and available any time I want them.

@meallen616

I usually don't bother going down the cookie aisle as I try not to be tempted, but these cookies mentioned were out and on display near the eggs/milk section I bumped into them by accident and walked on by them then went back to look again, the Ritz Fudge looked tempting, needless to say I picked up a box to try, yum!

Re: Ritz Fudge Covered Cracker

Years ago, I used to dip peanut butter between 2 Ritz in dark or white chocolate.  They were a major favorite.

Re: Ritz Fudge Covered Cracker

I will have to look for these. Of course I will probably regret buying this,  but only after I eat the whole box in one sitting.
