Recipe for Chicken Alfredo

I went to a luncheon today and they served Chicken Alfredo....I have to say it was some of the best I have ever had. I normally stay away from such dishes because they are just too "heavy"....the sauce on this was very light and tasty. Anyone have a recipe for a light Alfrdo sauce that they would like to share?

Since Alfredo is a cream sauce, you could use half and half instead of heavy cream, or thin heavy cream with chicken stock to make it a lighter sauce then, of course, thicken it with lots of parmasean. Smiley Happy Smiley Happy
