As luck would have it, there's a software program now for sale right here on the Q.  I'll bet it's presented tomorrow on ITKWD so I'm waiting to see how it works.  I've been cruising the internet and found that Cooking Light magazine has an interesting app that will help with menu planning etc.  There seems to be a lot out there, but I, too, have never heard of Evernote.
