@Mothertrucker  Thanks for suggesting Evine and their 11 in 1.  I was just trying to check this out, but for the life of me, I can't log on to their site.  

 

Have you tried the sous vide function and how do you like it?

 

I found an 11 in 1 on Amazon for less than $100 which has great reviews and seems to be just the size for a very small household.
