I buy quite a lot from Rastelli.  Love their meatballs, smash burgers, ribeye steak.  Kansas City equally as good but they do not have as many offerings at special prices.  Ray was just on air showing a prime rib and how he prepares it.  High temperature for half an hour and then shut the oven off for two hours leaving door shut.  Perfectly cooked with a char on the outside and juicy inside.  Looked good enough to eat! HA!

To my family, Rastelli has the absolute best rib roast -- we get one every Christmas for the past three years.

Kansas City has the best hot dogs.

Those are the only two items I continue to purchase from either brand.

I've seen references to KC Steaks and Omaha steaks on here.....

Omaha Steaks purchased KC Steaks right before Rastelli's came to QVC.  I purchase my meats from a local butcher that raises them on their farm.

Think it's better to shop local and help my community than a butcher half way across the country.

have tried KC steaks----was horrible and stupid expensive. Haven't tried Rastellis but saw that they were hawking a 4.5-5 lb prime  roast for $150----are you kidding??? I can get a beautiful roast at my meat market for about 1/3 of the cost- and less----unbelievable!!!!

Wagirl....the roast they showed in the live show probably came from the local Wegmans.
