Hubby bought wrong  thing....Can I put Dip pkg mix into mayo and buttermilk for 

dressing?

Anybody ever had this problem?  LOL

I don't see why not, if you need to thin it use a little milk.

I'd use a cup of sour cream, 1/4 C of mayo, and maybe 2 Tbsp. of milk.  If too thick, add a touch more milk.

If you love Ranch dressing....Top Secret recipe has some wonderful recipes for ranch from several well known restaurants.

I have a lot of his books but he used to offer many recipes on his website for free.

I've made many of his recipes and they are EXACTLY like a restaurant if you follow the recipes very carefully.

I even made the pasta ******oli (sp) soup from the Olive Garden (lots of trouble) but exactly like the real deal.

Thinking about it today because I just had it for dinner (from the restaurant).

Yes you can you just may need to thin it a little but I actually use the dip one for dressing.

@Annabellethecat66 My favorite soup PF. Going there today for lunch. 

As for the Ranch dip, I would thin it out for dressing. No need to waste it. Use with veggies.

As far as taste I dont see a difference.  I think they are interchangeable.
