I've been baking a lot of sweet potato chips lately, and was wondering if I could cut down the time by using an Air fryer.
Anyone done this already?

Yes. Easy.
Slice the sweet potato with a mandolin, or slicing disc in a food processor. Spritz with oil.
@PRE heat air fryer for 3 minutes @ 400 degrees. Set air fryer to the French fry setting. Press start. Shake the basket once in a while. Sweet potato chips come out perfect.
Good luck
