RANA Brand Pasta

Bought a 12 oz. bag of their Prosciutto/Cheese stuffed Tortellini in the fresh pasta section.  It can be frozen if you are not going to use it soon.  Once the water comes to a boil, it took 3 minutes and they all floated to the top and were done.  They are very good, tender and not salty.  I went on their website and they have many varieties of stuffed pasta and just pasta.  Delicious!

Try the cheese and uncured bacon ravioli, it is delicious.

The Rana brand is very famous in Italy.When I go there visiting my mom I buy only Rana gnocchi.I can find them here too at the Fresh Market store.
