Quick, Savory Bread Recipes?

Hi Ladies,

I make a lot of soups and I try to make my own bread when I do. I like using the Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes book for this purpose, and there are other recipes I like, too. However, are there any GREAT recipes out there for a quick bread that can be served with soup that can be done in a loaf pan? I am in a rut and I only have about 2 breads that I really switch up between when time is of the essence. One is a molasses bread that I really like, but my kids don't love it. Yes, it sounds kinda sweet-and it is--but it's a great, hearty loaf for soups.

Any ideas or websites you can direct me to?
