Question please on the Chocolate Rum Balls

David I do have a question please on the Bob Warden's Favorite Ninja Recipes, specifically on the Chocolate Rum Balls.

I decided to make them for a PotLuck every was great, easy, until the end part where after refrigerating the Chocolate for 2 hrs. "when it comes to the mixture into 3/4" balls and roll each ball in the crumbled cookies";

My question is: How on earth do you form the 3/4" Chocolate into a ball without having the chocolate melt in your hands?

I tried to roll each one in the palm of my hands, it was a mess with the chocolate melting had to wash my hand with every roll..... and I needed to make more than 15.....

Can you please let me know, It would be greatly appreciated.
