Question for Bennington Pottery owners

I read about this line of pottery on this forum and fell in love with it after I found it online. I called my order in and the lady that answered the phone was so friendly and helpful. She asked how I found the company. I told her I read about it on this QVC board and she seemed familiar with you ladies who have ordered and posted about the line!

My pieces came today and I am totally happy with each one. I can't wait to order more very soon. May I ask those of you who have the pottery a couple of questions? Do the different glazes make any difference as to whether or not food sticks? And is it safe to use an electric mixer on the large mixing bowl called Grandma's Favorite Bowl? Thank you.
