I have a question about some of the Kitchen products. I was watching QVC today and placed an order or two. I did so on the website. I found information about the items specs on the site to be less that they were saying on the show. Example. The Cooks Essentials 10 pc set item number K19781 on the show was said to be oven safe to 400 degrees, but the specs on the site say 350 degree. The Kitchen Aid Artisan 5 qt. 325 watt mixer was said to be all metal construction, again the website says it is nylan/metal construction. I find this to be an issue. Why is this going on? It makes me very unsure of the quality of the items I wish to and have purchased. If I have to research each item before I purtcahes it to see if what the host are saying about it is true I do not think I will purchase further items from QVC.
