Comparisons...Need your opinion

Would love to have your opinion on how Wolfgang Puck's SS cookware compares to Emeril's SS cookware. I'm also interested in your opinion on how Debbie Meyer's/Reynolds handheld vacuum system compares to the Foodsaver vacuum system.
