I have tried baking using spray and not using spray. No problems unless it's breads or cakes and I just can't get over how much money down the drain. Will never trust it to be non stick with something important.

If you notice the food cooked in the bakers that they show coming right out of the oven have alot of oil in them, lasagna and mac & cheese etc. I've heard them say several times, and David has brought this up before also, that you should use a spray. When I bake anything like cake or banana bread I always use a spray. I prepare my bakers the same way I always did.
