I need a little help with the PIC - I know some of you really like the Nuwave. I was frying bacon last eve. & was using an induction frying pan. I started the bacon at 275 deg. & it was frying good & then started getting a little spatter, so I turned it down a notch. Then, it was hardly frying & I had to turn it up to 300 to get it frying again. This doesn't make sense to me, since I had started it at 275 & it was frying good.
Guess my explanation is about as clear as mud, but am I doing something wrong? Has anyone ever fried bacon using the PIC? Please help me, if you can - thanks!
