On March 10th I ordered a tin of Harry London chocolates. As of today - March 20th - the order status is still saying "In Process". Ten days seems like a long time to be "In Process". Is anyone else having this problem or am I the only lucky one?

On 3/19/2014 luvtoshopathome said: I ordered Harry London chocolates for Christmas, thinking they were the same quality as when they were on the southern channel with Allison Waggoner, we'll was I surprised they were terrible, they were stale (all the chocolate was a whitish color) waxy and very sweet. Not good at all. I don't know if you've had them before but you may consider canceling. That's a long time to be in process.
Allison Waggoner's brother is selling Waggoner chocolate on Shop HQ. I ordered the 4 pound box of individually wrapped assorted and they are WONDERFUL(no wax at all). I may be confused on this but they apparently sold the company to Harry London but then the grandson re-opened the factory in Canton Ohio a few years ago.

My opinion is to cancel order and save your money. Like a previous poster said, "it's not very good chocolate". You can do better with Russell Stover's or Ghiaradelli at the grocery store.

I first ordered HL chocolates in 2012. They weren't very good at that time.
I decided to give them another try this past Thanksgiving. They were delicious and the shipping was fast. When they arrived the tin was totally smashed inside the box in which it was packed but the candy wasn't hurt at all. I called CS to tell them about the tin. They immediately refunded my purchase price including shipping and sent me another 6lb. tin. It, too, was delicious. I received it a day and a half after I called CS.
Maybe I've just been lucky but I've never had a shipping problem with QVC or HL.

I ordered them a year ago and didn't like them. Tasted waxy. Wouldn't buy them again.

Someone brought Harry London chocolates to work last Christmas and I thought they were good.

As I understand it, Harry London is Allison and her brother's grandfather, who started the business under Harry London chocolates. Her brother went out on his own with Waggoner chocolates a few years ago. I just ordered my first box of Waggoner chocolates but have not received them yet. Before my mom passed, she used to order Harry London every Christmas from QVC, and I recall them always being very good every time she ordered.
