I love Greek Yogurt and have it nearly every day. My question - is this just plain yogurt that has been filtered until it is thicker? If so, wouldn't it be cheaper to purchase regular yogurt and then filter it to remove some of the liquid? Would it then have the nutritional benefits of greek yogurt, which is supposed to be higher in proteins.
