Checked the tracking and just realized my veggie burgers have been sitting at the UPS warehouse since 2pm. UPS just delivered my pie plates and D&C fleece jacket (box open) twenty minutes ago. So, called Cust Svc about it. She said the burgers are not scheduled to be delivered until the 28th. Explained my concern was that they would be unrefrigerated for over 24hrs (UPS delivers here anytime from 3:30 to 7pm) and I did not want spoiled burgers. Can't believe it took 14hrs to get here from CT (I live in central MA) to begin with. She told me if they're spoiled they'll refund 'cause they're out of veggies burgers. Kinda ticked off 'cause I don't have a garbage disposal (well water) and the transfer station, a/k/a dump, does not accept garbage. Do you think I should try and catch the UPS guy and open the box in front of him, then refuse the item if they appear bad? and, if so, will Qvc ban me from ordering future shipments? I really like these burgers.
