I saw a Youtube video where they said to turn your oven on to 175 degrees for 1 minute only and then turn it off.  Neither of my ovens go that low, but I just do 1 minute at 200 deg F.

Sabbath mode meets the requirements for certain religious laws for holidays & days of rest. Based on Kosher Certification requirements.  

Thanks so much @Nightowlz .  I have a niece who keeps a Kosher kitchen, but she lives in another state and I'm not up to date on all of the details.
