It's the little things that can make my day! I just realized that my new oven has a 'proof' setting to use for proofing dough. Just in time for my Easter bread baking
@Carmie I got all new appliances (first time they all match!) and they have so many settings that I'll never use! That's why I was so excited when I saw this one.

Has anyone used this setting?
@Knit-Chick Yes we use ours often. We set it at 100 degrees, let it warm up then turn it off and put the bread in. If we leave it on it gets to hot and the bread proofs too quick and gets puffy.
