I reviewed the Fasta Pasta Microwave cooker. I don't remember if I gave it a 3 or 4, but it was a generally positive review. I said that it's great to use when it is too hot to boil pasta, smaller pasta works better than larger pasta, but it takes longer to cook than states, and that I also use it to boil potatoes. I also said that I wish the lid were more secure for easier draining. I got an email stating that reviews which focus on customer service, or for a different item will be rejected--huh? There are nearly 500 reviews for the product, so I guess they don't need my two cents--I'm just baffled!
