I have been regulated my warfarin with organic plastic boxed spinach for three years.  Too late to experiment now, so I just keep it in the frig and it will last up to two weeks.  We also have grapefruit and apples around all the time.  Then what I call pot roast veggies, carrots, celery and onions. Spaghetti veggies would be former list plus green peppers.  Did you know you can keep peppers in the frig for weeks on end if they are in a plastic bag?

These bags have been a Godsend for me during these trying times!  I only get to the grocery store every 10 days or so & the produce/fruit section is my first place to go to.

Green bags are the best next to Lock and Lock. Sometimes even better. They keep my tomatoes for so long, outside of the fridge.

@depglass  I'm just discovering that peppers last a long time in the fridge. I had a red pepper in garage for a week and then in the fridge for 5 days before I used it all up.
