Prime Rib Roast??

Hi ladies,, I hope you good cooks out there can give me a little guidance. I ordered #m28633 Kansas City Steak Co. 5 to 5.5 Prime Rib Roast. It is adavanced ordered. I want to serve it for Thanksgiving dinner. (1) Can I cook this in a 10 quart Cooks Essential roaster oven instead of the regular oven? (2) If I do,, will it be browned like it was baked in a regular oven. I have never cooked a prime rib roast before and would apprieciate any advice from the good cooks here. Thanks from not such a great Domestic Goddess.. Smiley Happy
