I am in search of and would greatly appreciate recommendations for an electric pressure cooker without the nonstick interior. I currently have an electric Cooks Essestials pressure cooker purchased from QVC years ago. Unfortunately, the interior is peeling off and I fear we are consuming this in our foods. What model do you recommend and where did you purchase it? Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Instant Pot. When my 8qt Elite PC goes, I'm replacing it with an Instant Pot!

I love my Instant Pot, too. I got it for the stainless steel insert with the same concerns as you. I've made risotto in it with fantastic results and easy clean-up.

I'm sure people are tired of hearing me but another vote for the InstantPot!
I had a CE pressure cooker and bought the InstantPot when I found a great price on it and I have never looked back. It's a wonderful appliance and could not recommend it more!

I believe Evine used to have a ceramic coated pressure cooker. You might check there. I got my pressure cooker from the Q last year and then saw the one on evine with ceramic and wish I had waited.

Not sure if this will help at all but I purchased a nice stainless steel insert on Amazon for my Montel Williams Pressure Cooker as I was not too keen on using the nonstick pot that came with the pressure cooker. You might want to check Amazon to see if they have a stainless steel pot that will fit your Cooks Essentials pressure cooker.

After wondering the same thing and not being able to find any specific information re: the makeup of the inner pot of todays TSV, the Power XL 8 Quart multi-cooker, I searched the Am*z**.com website and found an Ivation 8-in-1 multi cooker with a stainless steel pot that I'm considering. And as the other responders have mentioned, also saw the Instant Pot.
The same question about the fabrication of the Power XL TSV inner pot was asked on the QVC product page 3 times, I think, but the questions remain unanswered at nearly 11 P. M.. Too bad because I wouldn't have hesitated ordering it, had the question been answered to my satisfaction, It mentioned only that the pot was non-stick, but no specific information.
Good luck finding a cooker!

I had ordered yesterday's TSV XL Pressure Cooker but ended up cancelling it at 11:30pm. I cancelled because I decided I didn't really NEED it and that I ordered it on impulse. After reading about the problems with the non-stick interiors, I'm glad I did.
