Pressure cooker holding temperature? Need help quick!

I'm putting on a pork roast right now for DH's dinner, who won't be home from out of town until around 8. I'm leaving for the day, tax accountant appt, errands, St. Pat's dinner with neighbors. I'ver never cooked anything in the pressure cooker and left it for several hours. No, I don't care to experiment with the time delay right now. DH won't eat Lean Cuisine and I have to have something for him. Will this roast be OK, or am I taking a chance?
