Pressure Cooking

I have a Cook's Essentials PC400 4quart pressure cooker, that my mother purchased about 6 or 7 years ago. I have read through the owners manual and can not find what I am searching for.

My question is, can you cook frozen chicken and or meat, in this pressure cooker? I have several 3 lb whole frozen chickens I would like to pressure cook.
