I just got the 4 qt. CE electric pressure cooker and love it. I have questions though.
Why does whole potatoes (with skin) sometimes need 12 minutes to cook and other times it takes 18? They are pretty much the same size. Anyone know?
If you are cooking thawed meat vs. frozen, is there a guide for alertering cooking time?
My cooker says use 8 oz. of liquid minimum, does jarred gravy count as liquid? Do you still need to add water?
Please post any info. on any subject regarding pressure cooking here.
