I really want to use my pressure cooker a lot more than 1 or 2 times. I am finding difficulties with the amount of liquid that should be used. I follow the receipes although it seems the liquid I add goes "poof" and my meat is not cooked, dark brown, or burnt on the bottom. I have only had luck with a couple of receipes. Mr Bob if you are out there, what am I doing wrong. I have your pressure cooker and your receipe book. Very frustrated.
