Power Pressure XL

Any one got this yet? My aunt wants one for Xmas. Pressure cooker, 8 qt.

I've got plenty of Q's, but, wondered if it's any different from QVC's line up.

Well, it must be "PC"day! I just finished researching the "Instant Pot" and I checked out the product you are talking about. At the end of the day, both are pressure cookers. I might have missed it, but I think the Power P only comes in the 6 at size. They also offer two models: it sounds like one is entirely pre-programmed. If you want to customize settings, you have to buy the "pro" model. The ability to customize is all important, but you own PCs, so you know that already. I Will tell you one thing I like about this Instant Pot though: its liner is stainless steel so you don't have the Teflon concerns. All in all, I think the Power Pressure is gimmicky. I would really want customisable abilities. Poodlepet

all day kitchen on the Q today. I like those shows. My aunt ordered the Power pressure for herself for xmas. I've got pressure cookers coming out the wazoo so don't need any but still like to watch what's new LOL
