Every single piece of pottery carries a story  I do encourage anyone to get pieces if you can.  I am a very rare person who had a rare journey.  You will ot be disappointed.  Promise, almost 20 years and stil going strong. Sometimes if I have a favorite person, they will get blessed.  I am stingy

you will never be disappointed.  This Lady was awesome. I cn't provide  picture,, Smal, pulling a cart with wooden wheels.  Absolutely beautiful. Spoke no Englsh.  I speak German and French. Nope.  However, she was so wonderful, words werent neeked.

@Noel7 I agree that the quality is the same from both factories. I have items from many factories, and Ceramika Artystyczna and Ceramika Kalich are my favorite. Its actually only 25 people that work at Lidia's , Artystyczna has over 400! Its amazing that such a small family factory can bring such beautiful items to QVC. Probably why they are not on as often, they spend half the year making the product!

My home burned down about a month or so ago in the CA fire... I lost almost 100 pieces of polish stoneware.  This was a tremendous loss and there are certain pieces I wish I had thought to pick up and I know I will never find an exact replacement for.  (Polish stoneware isn't quite what you're thinking about when evacuating... but the brain does these types of "look backs".   But, I am beyond thrilled with the timeing in which QVC has started selling this again after it having not been sold on QVC for a good many years.  The prices now are amazingly good and I am so excited to find new things... I used my Polish stoneware every day and look forward to finding new treasures.
