Please tell the truth!

I am really tired of hosts saying " You're only paying $19.99". The product cost's $19.99, the shipping and handling is $7.99, the tax is another $3.00 or $4.00. My math comes to some $27 or 28.00 when all said and done.

I get tired of hearing this and maybe they need to realized that we are at home, adding up all the other dollar amounts and as a consumer that makes or breaks it for me.
