Please stop lying about cast aluminum

Aluminum does NOT retain heat...it dissipates heat.

 

Please stop saying that cast iron is just like cast aluminum.

Agreed.  I also wish they would stop saying cast iron is a great conductor of heat.  It absorbs and holds heat whuch is great for some things -- not so much for others.
