To the OP: I would recommend that you not watch the live food shows.  Probably best for you to order from the pictures on line.

The one that really gets me is when they have steaks on and they keep pushing it and pushing it so the blood keeps seeping out.  It makes me want to heave.

Does QVC really read these posts about the food shows? I see complaint after complaint about hosts eating the food, not eating the good, mangling the food not touching and squeezing the food. We need  Forum on here for the food shows. I doubt if anything will change.

Honestly, if someone is that sensitive about food presentations, they should avoid Gourmet Holiday shows.  Everyone has their threshold of what they find acceptable, and if the on-air demonstrations are too over-the-top for you, then simply don't watch.  You can always check the Recently on Air section of the homepage to review what you missed.

When hosts would sample the products, there were endless complaints about them 'stuffing food in their mouths', 'chewing', 'talking with their mouths full', etc., and now that problem is a non-issue.  I would have thought that complaints would have died down, but apparently not.

Someone needs to tell these hosts to stop mangling every single food item they get their hands on. Bread, cookies, meat, chicken, cake, snacks, everything. Just tear it all apart like a two year old. This does nothing to make me want to buy anything. It's disgusting.

Turn the TV off or change the channel.  Good grief.
