Uuuuuuhhhh....Lidia Bastianich! My mom was Sicilian and had two sisters. When I was young, we all lived on the same street and across the alley from my grandparents. Sunday dinner was an all afternoon affair. When I watch her shows, it brings back such memories. Italian cooking does not have to be difficult.

Ina, for sure. Not too old to learn something new from an experienced cook/baker! Anne Burrnell would be interesting also!

Definately Michael Symon............He just seems so happy and passionate when cooking and also Emeril...............who i think is very knowledgeable.
