I'd like Jacques Pepin to teach me how to properly break down a chicken. Have watched his videos and still make a mess of it. (His deboning a whole chicken for Galantine Ballotine is a work of art.)

It would have to be Ina Garten or maybe Wolfgang Puck...I know he doesn't have a show but I have learned a lot watching him on HSN and shows on other networks.
