Pho Recipes

Does anyone have a recipe for Pho that you use and maybe modified? I want to make some this weekend.

Bon Appetit has a Quick Pork Pho recipe that is online you might want to locate. It was in the September 2014 magazine but is also online. I saw Martha Stewart feature the recipe on her show recently. I love PHO and we have a place in town that serves great Pho, eat in or carry out. Nice supper for a cold night. Good Luck!

Would you believe that's where I saw the recipe? I took the magazine with me when I went on vacation in October and I have been craving it since then. I forgot about it until now.

I've been going to a local place at lunch, but I'm really craving homemade.
