I purchased Cook's Essentials Perfect Pressure Cooker, Model EPC450. Every time I try to cook anything it will cook for a few minutes then start beeping and F4 shows in the display. I cannot get it to work in pressure mode or slow cooker mode. I have tried soups, etc in the slow cooker mode. I make sure that I don't have it more than half full. I go exactly by the instructions and still can't get it to work. I was wondering if anyone else has this problem. This is the worst item I have ever purchased. I have had it to long now to return it. The Float valve was missing when i first got it and had to wait around 3 months to get valve, in the mean time I couldn't use cooker. When I finally got to use it, F4 shows on display everytime I try to use it. I would NOT recommend anyone to purchase this item. I would appreciate any help anyone has to give.
