@Kindaglizy The bread would be nice to do on a cool rainy or snowy day. Nothing smells a kitchen up better than bread. Good for portion control in this cooker too.
Yesterday I had 2 cups of small cherry tomatoes and a few small regular tomatoes to use up so I put them all in the perfect Cooker with a touch of olive oil and a tablespoon of sugar and salt and pepper. I put about an 1/8 cup of water and set the Cook time to 30 minutes. I opened them up and stirred them and added another 30 minutes and the sauce was very good. I will make a small amount of pasta and will add this to it later for my lunch. I find myself experiencing with this as I don't have to watch over it and if it needs more time I just check the contents , add more time and walk away. It is super easy to clean in just a few minutes.
@Kindaglitzy I made the French bread and it is delicious and it came out perfect. I did do the 40 minutes first. Flipped it over and did 20 minutes and then 15 minutes resting with the lid on turned off. I think all you have to do is tweet whatever recipe we do by how it comes out. I was pleased and thank you for posting.
So far I have made mac and cheese, 2 cheesecakes, the bread, rice twice, and fresh tomatoes cooked down to a sauce (with a little olive oil and salt and pepper). Then I added dry macaroni to the sauce and cooked it. ALL recipes were perfect. It is just set it and forget it after you get the recipes tweeted to the time it comes out perfect. I am glad I took a chance to try this. I really like the digital panel for time. My label over it is nice and intact.
I posted this but wanted to be sure anyone wanting to try the bread would see the review. The French bread is made by Pillsbury in the refrigerated section and is not a real sweet bread but very good.

I tried the fettuccine Alfredo (page 8) today. I put the nests of the noodles in first (4 were too many and I couldn't close it properly so used 3). I mixed the rest of the ingredients together in a separate bowl and then poured it over the noodles. The noodles were cooked but the sauce looked curdled and wasn't appealing to look at. It was bland tasting. I didn't add any salt because of the Parmesan cheese which is salty. Any suggestions?

@tassimo I have everything to make this. I will make it and see how it comes out for you and see if mine comes out the same. I will put three nests in it like yours. I will cook mine longer as I don't like mine pasta al dente. I will write down any changes I do to the recipe. Thanks for posting.
** I guess the recipe should include pasta not store bought in the nest. I boiled the regular fettuccine for 5 minutes, rinsed and put about 4 cups loosely in the cooker and poured the liquid on top. Closed the lid and set for 60 minutes. I will post back when it is finished.

The Alfredo Fettuccine I made took 60 minutes with 20 minutes on warm. I stirred it twice while cooking. I do not like my pasta al dente. It is delicious and the next time I will add fresh mushroom that I saute to it also. I noted in my previous post what I added. Right now I have the Raspberry Bread Pudding cooking in the cooker to try. On all recipes, the time on what I have made my recipes, has to be more. I have kept notes on paper that I will transfer to the recipe booklet of the recipes with the final time needed and ingredients that I use. The bread pudding is way over the time listed so far.

I also cooked the fettuccini Alfredo for 60 minutes. Did yours look curdled? Mine did. It did not look very appetizing. What about flavor....did you add salt? I didn't because of the Parmesan cheese being salty.

@tassimo It did look a little curdled but I think that was because of the heavy cream and parm cheese mixing when they melted. Mac and cheese looks like that also. I did add salt as it tasted bland but better with the salt. The Raspberry Pudding said 2 1/2 cups of bread but it was not enough in the recipe. The corrected recipes Meridith Lawrence put on her blog has "corrected" many of them and the time. The Raspberry Pudding took "way over 60 minutes" and was too soupy to turn over as the directions said. I took it out of the cooker and put in my Skinny Mini and tried to finish it but it still wasn't right. Then I found the updated recipe that said "3 cups of bread" and I forgot there was another part that was different in the corrected recipe. I can still eat it when is cold but not what the texture I wanted. The bottom under the cooker had quite a bit of water on the counter afterwards. Someone else had said that on the forum also.
I had decided to send it back. Then I decided to try a couple more recipes to be sure. I am going to try the hard boiled eggs and the meatloaf in the next few days. That will justify keeping it just for the cheesecake. That was very good!
I really enjoy others posting their experiences in cooking in this. We might be able to help another not ruin their recipe with their hints and tricks. ![]()

When you try more recipes will you post how they turn out? I will do the same. Tomorrow I plan to make the meatloaf and will let you know how it turns out.

@tassimo I will post the results. I really love the cooker but got frustrated with the wrong times and ingredient changes in the updated versions. It would have been a better experience doing the right thing first. ![]()

I'm also going to try the French bread. I found the Pillsbury dough today when I went to the store.
