Penzeys Spices Online Ordering Question

I have placed 3 orders online with Penzeys. Each time I have not received an email notifying me that my order has shipped. I receive the order confirmation email just fine. I have to call Penzeys to ask when/if my order has shipped. Does this happen to you? Thanks!
