Pampered Chef stone rectangle baking sheet - I need help, new to this!

Per my Google searches...

Pampered Chef says do not preheat their stones...

I cooked some biscuits, the tops were brown, the bottoms no color at all...I wanted some color on the bottom also

Any tips, tricks, or experienced users?

If I want a crispy pizza crust, what do I do...raw dough & Boboli (pre cooked pizza crusts) tips needed also
