PIZZA with CAULIFLOWER CRUST...what the heck ??

When I saw this in the frozen food section, I thought??

So, of course I HAD to try it.

Tried it and was surprised to find it was pretty darn good. Not as good as home made pizza, or pizza from a good Italian restaurant, BUT it was tasty and it is also lower in calories.Cannot taste any thing even remotely like cauliflower.

Has anyone else tried it and what did you think?

I also saw frozen cauliflower crusts that you put on your own toppings.

We eat them fairly often.  We buy the Costco brand.  In fact, we are about going to eat one for supper tonight.  Fixin' to put it in the oven momentarily!  They are quite good!

They're low carb.  I've never found the low carb alternatives to bread products to suit my tastebuds.

Re: PIZZA with CAULIFLOWER CRUST...what the heck ??

I have Celiac disease, so I eat cauliflower crust pizza only. I can't eat wheat.

Costo & Sam's club brands are good....also Milton's sold at Costco.

My husband eats it because he likes it....especially the Sam's brand.

I have tried grocery store cauliflower pizza and was not impressed.

I have thought about making my own crust, but never have.

I try not not to have it often...the sodium is pretty high.  It is processed food.

We've eaten pizza with cauliflower crust (homemade). If you're choosing this thinking it's low carb, I'd advise you to turn and learn because premade cauliflower pizza and crust manufacturers are sneaky and deceptive making people think premade cauliflower crusts and pizzas are low carb. Calipower Pizza is one of them.  When I learned my lesson with that brand I began making my own pizza or we'll order locally and just eat the tops.  I don't know the macros of the Costco crust since I've never looked at it,  I will look for it the next time I go there, though - probably Tuesday.

Our friend made us some delicious pizza today and her crust ws amazing - a mix of cheese, eggs, almond flour and some seasoning.  So good! 😋

We buy the Milton brand at Costco and it's good, which surprised me!  I was hesitant, but glad we tried it.

We like them and buy them.  Less carbs nd we add our own goodies on top.
