I saw your post on cooking difficulties & saw that you mentioned peanut butter fudge. I got a recipe (& I'm sorry I forget the poster's name) off the Recipe Exchange that is the easiest & most delicious peanut butter fudge ever made. You measure 2 c. of sugar in a large saucepan, add 1/2 c. milk ((I have skim milk so that is what I used). Stir in to mix & bring to a rolling boil for 2 1/2 minutes. Take it off the stove & add 3/4 c. peanut butter & 1 tsp. vanilla. Pour into a 8 x 8 pan that you have buttered & let it set for several hours. The smaller the pan the thicker the fudge will be. This is so delicious, I have had the recipe for several months & I bet I've made a dozen times. I'm so sorry I can't remember the poster's name but I thanked her & told her how good it was.
