I really enjoy drinking cold brew - no bitterness and flavorful. I have a Keurig which I used with a solofil.

Did research for a cold brew coffee maker and the consensus - OXO is the best out there. Just got it a few weeks ago and I.have been using it for hot coffee as it is still cool. Pour hot water into the coffee concentrate. Full bodied and flavorful which I never got from the Keurig (even with K cups). I hvae used this Keurig since 2008. The first TSV - the noisy jet engine one. No bells and whistiles which is why it is still working.

I may use this OXO all year round - only thing is that it uses a lot of grounds. 10 ounces of coffee + 40 ounces of water = yields 24 ounces of concentrate.  Use 2 ounces of concnetrate + 6 ounces of water is my formula.

12 cups of coffee

A lot more than what I normally spend on my habit at home but worth it.

Just putting this info out there if anyone is considering such a unit since the warmer weather is coming.
