OSTER CONVECTION OVEN

I've only had this for a year and went to increase the temperature and the touch control panel pushed in.  I called QVC they told me to call the manufacturer and I did and also sent an email and I have heard nothing from them

if it's past the one yr warranty I don't know what they will do.

Sounds like a loose screw or two came out.  Anyone handy with a screwdriver ought to be able to fix it.

Did you get a voice mail when you called the manufacturer support?

 

I've dealt w/Oster CS only once years ago & got excellent results from an oow product which I still have use daily.
