OK......Lasagne

While I was posting my last post, MCM was on with his spatula/cutter, and the lasagne he cut looked very dry, and not something I would go for, and I know he is Italian, as he has stated so in the past.........so, do you like a moist lasagne, that is easily removed from dish and not soupy, or a more firm lasagne.........
