Nutritious Popsicle style confection?? Please help.....

Looking for something delicious, refreshing and hopefully very healthy for a very sick very dear relative. Yoghurt pop, fruit pop, anything frozen and healthy available at some market- Trader Joes or Whole Foods are fine. Please post any and all possibilities.....

We buy Edy's fruit bars in the summer. I don't know how they compare to other brands in terms of nutrition but they are very popular around my house. Yoplait and Yasso make frozen yogurt bars, but I am sure there are other brands. We have purchased both and like them as well.

How sweet of you to care for your relative this way.

Love Trader Joes ""Fruit Floes"" come in many flavors and are mostly fruit...
