Non existent Lock and Lock customer service

Over the years I have purchased many sets of L and L.I have been happy with most of the pieces.However, in recent years quality has become poor.

We are told that problems will be addressed by the company.Not so.I have had 4 large containers with locking lids warp.I have called many times during business hours and been told by a computer that they would call me back. Not once have I recieved a callback.

I then called QVC customer service.They said that they would send the info to Corporate. I am still waiting for a call to address my product problems.

I will never again purchase L and L. I love QVC. I do not love L and L.
