Here's a suggestion for what I think would be a really good product. Have the "Copper Chef" folks make a replacement pot for the Ninja Cooker. I think that would make a wonderful addition to an already great product. I have 3 of the cookers and absolutely LOVE them !!!!

I would pay more if they used stainless steel in products like that also . Or at least offered it as an alternative purchase. The cleanup of the CC ceramic is as the rep says "stupid easy" !
I like my Ninja cooker . I believe it was the second edition . The only trouble I have with it is with the steaming it sometimes boils dry. I throw a potholder on the steam hole and that helps. Once in the summer I had set it on the time in the recipe , then went out to my yard and awhile later thought " oh boy one of the neighbors are going to have a burnt lunch !" Then I realized it was coming from my house. I keep more watch on it now. It did clean though.

I would like a ceramic non-stick one. Is the copper one ceramic?
